Exhausted

Exhausting weekend. Saturday, went to a state park and hiked the trails. Did probably five to six miles, up hills and gorges and back down. Weather was great, but now my legs are feeling it.

Today I went boating. The lake was busy, but after it settled down a bit I thought I'd try my hand at getting up on a wake-board. After three attempts and sucking down too much water, I decided to ski. It's been about 12 years since I've been water skiing, so the first try wasn't pretty. On the second, I popped right out of the water. Tons of fun. But I strained something in my upper back/shoulder area, not fun. A little rest and it will be fine.

So how was everybody else's weekend?
